• A promotion cannot be used more than once.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Banggol Bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Minimum bet: ৳50. Maximum bet varies by market.
• The outcome of each bet is determined by the official result issued by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your wallet.
• If a cash-out option is available, the return will be calculated based on the odds at the time of cash-out.

Odds Changes:

If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the system will notify you. The bet is only finalised once you accept the new odds. Banggol Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Banggol Bet:

• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Arbitrage betting or any other method of system exploitation.
• Helping a minor open an account.

Violating this restriction may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

Users may close their account at any time by emailing support@banggolbet.bet or reaching out via live chat.

Self-Exclusion:

As part of responsible betting, Banggol Bet offers a self-exclusion option. You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period — anywhere from 1 week to permanently.

• Opening a new account during an active self-exclusion period is not permitted.
• Reactivation before the exclusion period ends requires approval from Banggol Bet.
• Any betting activity carried out during a self-exclusion period will be voided.

If Banggol Bet closes an account due to a terms violation, any remaining balance will be refunded — provided the violation does not involve bonus-related misconduct.

Banggol Bet is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Losses caused by the user's own error.
• Issues caused by third-party software or devices.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical failures.
